Bike Service & Repair

This is our most in-depth service package!

Included in the package is:

A full strip down of the bike to the frame, washed and polished.

All moving parts are checked and cleaned.

Drivetrain is de-greased in our parts washer and re-lubricated.

All headset, bottom bracket and wheel bearings are inspected and replaced if necessary (parts and labour extra)

All cables and housings are replaced (parts extra).

Installation of any new parts - if required.

Re-assembled with fresh lubrication on all moving parts.

All parts and bolts torqued to correct specifications.

Shimano Di2 firmware update and error check - if applicable.

Not included but optional extras:
Brake bleed front and rear - $40 per brake
Full suspension pivot bearing overhaul - $225 + parts
Suspension service - $ varies
Dropper post service - $ varies

Recommended once or twice a season for high end road, gravel and mountain bikes.

Included in the package is:

A full basic service +

An in-depth look at both wheels, removed from the bike, trueness and spoke tension checked + a hub bearing check.

Removal of the drivetrain, de-greased in our our parts washer, re-lubricated and re-installed on your bike.

Complete bike check over ( M Check)

Shift system check over and adjustments

Brake system check over and adjustments

Wheel inspection for trueness and tension + hub check

Tire inspection + inflation

Bolt check, bike wash + polish

Test ride!

Included is a basic service +

Electronic component update

Component wear levels check

We recommend this service every 12-15 weeks.

**This service is valid for any bike running a Specialized, Bosch & Shimano motor system.

** Please phone the store if you have an e-bike not using these systems, we still may be able to accommodate you.
