Online Order Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order as quick as possible. Orders placed with in-store stocked product will be processed and shipped the same day during regular business hours. Orders shipping from the warehouse may take up to 10 business days. We will contact you when your order has shipped.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from the warehouse. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
Returns
We will only accept returns if the product you ordered is defective or damaged in shipping.
Please ensure the product you order is the product you want. We are available to answer any questions about the product you are interested in and help you make the right choice.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us right away.
If your product is defective, please contact us right away. We will deal with the issue for you subject to the manufacturers warranty procedure.
