The Wheel Lacing Stand is another item from the Noble Catalog, a small tool maker from London who started as a wheel building specialist.

This tool is pretty basic in purpose, it supports the hub and rim of a wheel independently while you are putting the spokes into it. This adds a good amount of speed to the start of the wheel building process with a 20% time savings!

Perhaps the biggest benefit of the lacing stand is the ergonomic benefit. With the parts supported in the stand you no longer have to crouch over the rim on your lap. This is a big joy to the backs of wheel builders everywhere!
